How It Works

APP's software suite is an integrated set of risk management tools.
Accident/incident reports are received via the Internet with Electronic First Report (eFR), which uses a step-by-step Wizard interface to collect information about a particular occurrence. This Wizard performs validation on all data against your defined business rules to insure a complete and accurate report every time. Photos and other attachments can be uploaded through the Wizard, eliminating the need to e-mail or fax additional documentation.

Once completed, the report is saved into a database and any key stakeholders are alerted by e-mail to the incident's occurrence. Claims managers pick up the completed report in Incident Management System (IMS) and begin work immediately - without any data re-entry.
